Our latest Spoons competition came to an exciting conclusion today.

John N. had already established an unassailable lead going into today’s games, and to underline his dominance he also finished on today’s winning team.

The ladies’ result, however, remained very much up for grabs with several in contention. Reigning champion Liz was not prepared to relinquish her title easily and powered her way to victory with the support of John N. and Dympna.

Liz and John N. will now play each other at a later date to decide the “Supreme Champ”.

Seamus Duffy was on hand to present the gold spoons to the winning team.

3rd place (17 points, three-way tie): Vincent & Paula; Carmel & Patricia; Maureen G, Michael G & Brian

2nd place (18 points): Anthony & Chuck (Charlie)
